• Fill out the registration form and enter the fundraiser code for the stroke association #660019
• Once registered, browse through the online brochure and make purchase.
• When checking out, select "Direct Delivery" and enter payment information

You Avon products will be shipped directly to your door and 15% of the Total cost of merchandise will be donated to the Kentucky and S. Indiana Stroke Association.
