The Kentuckiana Stroke Association (KSISA) and Alee Solutions, Inc. are not responsible for printing errors in any drawing related material, or for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered mail, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines. All entries become the property of the KSISA and will not be returned. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in these official rules. No raffle ticket refunds will be made. KSISA will reject any drawing ticket request if the check or credit card payment is not honored or any other reason prior and not remedied before the time of drawing. KSISA will not notify purchasers of an unsuccessful payment transaction. Raffle ticket sales end online at noon EST on May 1st, 2017. All tickets purchased up to that time will be included in the final drawing.
RAFFLE DRAWINGS: The raffle final prize drawing will be live at Morning Pointe of Louisville Campus May 1st, 2017 at 4:30pm. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each winner's name, ticket number, and town they reside in will be announced. All winners will be contacted by phone and/or USPS first class mail within 72 hours of drawing. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash nor credit. You must be 18 years or older to purchase raffle ticket. Winner must pickup raffle item within 15 days of the raffle drawing date.
